1. Site use
This site provides general information about Innova mi7 services and contact channels. Its content does not by itself constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, customs or notarial advice, nor a binding offer.
2. Provider, nature of the service and clients served
INNOVA MI7, S. DE R.L. DE C.V., Mexican tax ID IMI120724NA8, with address at 5 de Febrero 80, San Juan Tepepan, Mexico City, is an integrating consulting firm for business, corporate, regulatory, financial, international trade, soft landing and real estate matters. Its services are available to Mexican founders and companies, businesses with Mexican and foreign partners, foreign-capital companies, investors and property owners. The formation of Mexican commercial companies and support to begin operations are not limited to foreign clients. Innova mi7 does not act as an authority, notary, bank, law or accounting firm, customs broker or government entity. Services requiring specific authority are performed by qualified specialists.
3. Proposal and scope
Every service is subject to a proposal, quotation, contract and, where applicable, exhibits or a scope letter. Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 15 days. Deliverables, timing, exclusions, fees, taxes, government charges and third-party expenses must be identified in the applicable documents.
4. Client information
The user must provide true, complete, lawful, verifiable and timely information and report relevant changes. Timing may depend on documents, authorities, institutions and third parties. Innova mi7 may suspend work because of missing payment, documents or instructions, or due to compliance risks.
5. Payments and third parties
Payment, invoicing and refund terms, when applicable, are established in the proposal and contract. Third-party services and government charges may be included in the budget or handled separately under the scope and applicable accounting treatment.
6. Prohibited conduct
The site or services may not be used for fraud, impersonation, forgery, unlawful activities, submission of false documents, automated extraction, security breaches or harm to third parties.
7. Intellectual property
The trademarks, text, structure, methodology and site materials belong to their respective owners. Access does not grant a license to reproduce, modify, commercialize or exploit content beyond permitted use.
8. Electronic communications
Messages, forms, acceptances, instructions, deliveries and electronic communications may be retained as evidence of the relationship and service follow-up under applicable law.
9. Governing language and translations
Mexican Spanish is the operating language and the language of definitive legal documents. English and Portuguese versions are courtesy translations for ease of reading and understanding; if there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails unless a valid written agreement states otherwise.
