2. Data processed and sensitive data
Public forms request identification and contact details, company, service of interest and general project or property information. Infrastructure may process technical navigation and security data. These forms do not request sensitive personal data, official IDs, bank statements, deeds or complete files. If a service requires them, they will be collected through an enabled private channel, with enhanced safeguards and, where applicable, express consent and a supplemental notice.
3. Primary and secondary purposes
Primary purposes are responding to requests; assessing feasibility; preparing diagnostics, proposals, agreements and exhibits; assembling and tracking matters; verifying information and managing risk; coordinating specialists; invoicing, collection and legal compliance; and retaining evidence. News and marketing communications are a separate, voluntary secondary purpose; refusing them does not affect the request.
4. Options to limit use or disclosure
Leave the marketing checkbox unselected or request its suspension at contacto@innovami7.com with subject “Limit data use”. Non-essential technologies may also be managed through enabled controls or your browser.
5. Transfers and processors
Information may be communicated only as necessary and under the applicable legal basis to competent authorities and notarial, legal, accounting, tax, customs, financial, technology or real estate specialists, and to hosting, communications, electronic signature, CRM and security providers acting for Innova mi7. Data, access and purpose will be limited. Consent will be requested before any transfer that requires it.
6. ARCO rights
Request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition at contacto@innovami7.com. Include your name, response method, requested right, a clear description of the data and, when needed, reasonable identity or representation evidence. Receipt and response will follow applicable legal time limits; approved requests will be implemented within the corresponding legal period.
7. Revocation and questions
Consent may be revoked and questions submitted through the same email. Revocation is not retroactive and may be unavailable where legal, contractual or legal-defense duties require continued retention or processing.
8. Security and retention
We apply risk-proportionate administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, including minimization, access controls and environment separation. Data is retained for the relationship, applicable legal periods and liability needs, then securely blocked, anonymized or deleted. Do not send sensitive documents through WhatsApp, open email or public forms.
9. Cookies and analytics
The site may use strictly necessary technologies. Before enabling analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies, applicable notices and consent controls will be provided.
10. Changes
Changes will be posted with a date and version. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable channel. Specific services may include supplemental notices.
